My name is Smokey and I'm a darling long-haired grey boy who arrived here on 3-8-12 after I was abandoned with Dexter. It is estimated that I'm 5-7 years old. I am so lucky that I'm here because it was a scary ordeal waiting for someone to find me. My fur was matted, so it was shaved so that I can grow new handsome hair. I have the best personality. I'm outgoing, love people, love to be held, love to sit in laps, and I purr so loud you can hear me from several feet away. I will actually put my paws around your neck and hug you when I'm held. I just never want to be put down. I'm laid back and have adjusted well after my abandonment. I would make a wonderful companion kitty for someone who needs love. Please come see me!
