Hi, my name is Billina.  I was rescued as a kitten from outside and looked after in a foster home.  I was super shy when I first got here but now I'm less so and I love to be pet.  The caregivers here give me lots of gentle attention and tell me I'm a pretty girl.  I get along with other cats.  I'm ready to find a quiet forever home with a mellow kitty or as your one and only.
