Nutbutter (bonded with Jaz) Nutbutter and Jaz are great.Thank you for the wonderful suggestion of those two kitties for my young boys. They are all enjoying each other's playful companyâ¦.The cats seem to be very happy and are very playful and so affectionate. They traveled to NJ with us for a few days at Christmas and they commute back and forth from Maryland and Virginia on a weekly basis. They hop in their cat carriers and seem happy to travel with us. Thank you again for providing us with these two sweet guys.
Nori (from Kosovo) Nori is coming up on his one-year anniversary as a Bremer this week, and as you can see from the attached pictures, he's taken very well to his new family (and vice versa.). He's just such a sweetie, always cuddling up to his brother (the Dude, the orange tabby) and sister (Trouble, Nori's mini-me). Trouble wasn't such a fan of him at first (or for months thereafter), but he's wormed his way into her heart by refusing take "get away from me" for an answer. He makes friends with all our human guests (amazing), hops on the couch to cuddle with me on occasion, and loves evening playtime. He's also turned out to be our home's most vocal furry resident--he follows us around the house and talks to us every day when we get home from work (Dan's theory is that Nori is telling us stories about his life in Kosovo--seems plausible to me).
Nina Marie We just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how Nina Marie is doing. The answer is great! She actually started purring the second we let her out of the cat carrier. She took the first few days to get herself acquainted with the office and attached bathroom. After that she was ready to explore the rest of the house! She also has claimed a corner on both the couch and the bed. She does like to keep an eye on both of us, especially when we are in separate rooms, which is pretty cute to watch. Silly cat!
Nike I am having a blast bouncing off walls literally and running to beat the band. There is just so much to explore and sleeping on the bed is GREAT!
Nicholas (FIV+ and Positively Adoptable!) Just wanted to send another update about Nicholas. The love bug is really coming out of his shell and has found his voice! We get snuggles, kisses, zoomies, and he just discovered the joy of chin scratches. Garfield is really warming up to him and will go out of his way to join Nicholas and I on the bed for some snuggle time. He's doing great and he's certainly fit perfectly into our lives.
