Hello friends! We are Katie and Kennie, a bonded pair of plush and velvet-like tabbies who have been melting the hearts of all the wonderful humans we've met. Our earliest memories are of life at an animal shelter. We were happily adopted, but then our human became sick with cancer and could no longer care for us. We went back to the shelter.

Next, a wonderful animal lover and animal rescue volunteer took us from the shelter and fostered us until King Street Cats had space to welcome us into the KSC family. Our foster parents, foster dog brother and new KSC friends are all cheering for our happy ending where we go home together forever. They know it'll happen soon - because they know how wonderful we are.

I'm Katie - the pretty brown tabby with the snowy white fur on my face. My brother and best friend Kennie is the spice-colored boy with the dark chocolate tabby marks and the warm mocha coloring on his face and chest. He has these perfectly-shaped ears with the most adorable tiny tufts of dark fur on the tips - he looks like a miniature mountain lion.

We fell in love with the large dog at our foster home. You can see photos of us enjoying his company below. He can vouch for our gentleness. Our foster parents were so smitten with us that they posted a lot of photos for their Facebook friends to see - all that positive publicity made us purrr with happiness. We're flattered that they are so committed to helping us find our forever home. We are both one (1) year old. 

This is how they sum us up: "THEY ARE GORGEOUS AND SO SWEET!"
