Hello friends! My name is Jessie and I am a King Street Cat who's been living with a wonderful, loving foster mom who need to move out of the area. I have to so much to offer in exchange for a forever home. Please don't turn away because of my age - I still have many years of love left to give!!
I am about 12 years old, big boned, soft and silver tabby girl with clear green eyes and I am looking to share my love. I was really scared and shy when I arrived at King Street Cats two years ago, but now I really love meeting new people (especially if they rub my soft, silky belly)!
Although I love living with other cats, I also love the extra attention I've been getting as a single cat. I feel so special, and I love showing my thanks with head butts and I've actually become a little bit of a lap cat, and would love to chill with you while you watch tv or read a book, and will show you how much I appreciate your company by kneading your lap from time to time.
If you offer me a chance to love you, I will show you how happy I am to have you everyday. Just check out that "action shot" of me blissfully leaning into my foster mom's hand for some love. I'm even holding onto her arm with my paw! I had to close my eyes to savor the moment, and look forward to moments like that with you!
I am a low energy (but still active!) house trained indoor kitty with a soft little voice. I get along with adults and children, although I am shy at first, and will appreciate your help in introducing me to new friends (those young children just move so fast!). I'm a soft silver color with tabby markings. I have round eyes that are a soft green and a perfectly shaped little cinnamon-colored nose.
I still have many years of love to give, and I am looking for a special, loving human who is looking for a gentle, sweet and loving companion.
