Hello friends, my name is Tails! I am very grateful to King Street Cats for rescuing me from a high-skill shelter where my time had run out - even though I am a beautiful little golden princess of just a year old. I was born in Fall 2013.

That busy shelter was a bit overwhelming, but here at King Street Cats I have really come around! I love all the attention from my volunteer friends - I want to soak up as much love as I possibly can! I dream of a gentle human to speak to me softly, encourage me and tell me what a good girl I am.

I love to be with you, to know what you're up to, and keep you in my sights so that I'll know you are OK. I simply adore being petted, especially on the head. I prefer to keep my four little paws firmly on the ground however - I'm not so sure what's happening if someone picks me up. That's not my favorite thing. 

My new volunteer friends know what a little gem I am. I have short, soft marmalade-colored fur with cream markings and bright, clear gold eyes. I am very color-coordinated!

I do get along with my feline friends here at King Street Cats, but I also think I'd make a wonderful "one and only" best friend. I am longing for that special purrson who has eyes first and foremost for me. I have so much love to give in return!
