Complete An Adoption Application

Hi, my name is Woody.  I was trying to survive outside on my own in the winter when a kind lady picked me up and brought me to KSC.  It took me a few weeks to get healthy and vetted.  I have loved my caregivers so much but now I want my own home.  I would love to have windows to watch the outside world without having to search for food or dodge traffic!  Oh, and I would prefer to be the center of attention please with no other pets (I had to compete too much on the streets).
