Hi, my name is Scotty and I came to another shelter as a stray then I moved here to KSC. I'm just getting to my one year birthday (sorry, I can't remember exactly when I was born). I'm a friendly guy and I love to play with soft toys. I really enjoyed getting my picture taken. The gal was so nice and kept saying what a sweet boy I am.
