Well Hello,
My name is Leopold. I came to King Street Cats all on my own from another shelter.
I had been adopted by myself as a young kitten and was having trouble figuring out how to properly cat. There was a very young child in the house and I tried to play with him the way I would another kitten. I guess that wasn’t the right thing to do because they told me I was bad and took me back to the shelter. I was lucky, KSC knew I wasn’t bad, it was just that I hadn’t learned all the things I needed to because I had been on my own too soon.
The whole experience left me a little timid at first but I warm up quickly.
I do love people and like to be held and will purr up a storm for you.
So here I am looking for a new home. I would like to either go home with one of the other young kitties here at King Street or if you have a cat looking for a playmate that would be work too!
Since I still have some lessons to learn being with really young children might not be the best situation right now but I do like other cats. Older kids would be fine. I don’t have any dog experience.
