ADORABLE, ADVENTUROUS, PLAYFUL BABY GIRL CAME ALL THE WAY FROM THE HURRICANE-RAVAGED U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS TO LIGHT UP YOUR HOLIDAYS

Hi there friends! My name is Laverne. I am one half of the bonded sister pair of Laverne and Shirley. We were born just months ago and were as teeny and tiny as could be when a massive hurricane devastated our home island of St. Croix. We are so lucky that King Street Cats has a generous supporter with island connections. We join a long list of U.S.V.I. kitties who've found homes through KSC. 

Island kitties have a proven reputation at KSC for making fantastic companions and brightening up every forever home we've been adopted into. We have yet to be adopted, but as soon as we find our forever home we'll uphold this established island tradition and prove to you how wonderful life can be with two tiny treasures purring at your side!

​As I said, my sister and I were born in August 2017 so we're just little kitten girls! We are active and adventurous and happy! I love chasing my foster brothers (all of whom were previously adopted through KSC!) around the house. I've got a domestic side too - I'm extremely helpful with household chores. I specializing in unloading the dishwasher and uncorking bottles of wine. 

I'm an explorer. I'm always ready to discover new rooms and conquer new closets in my foster home. I love to play and I'm a champion at playing "Gotcha!" with the hand monster. 

I am completely adorable! I have soft silky snowy white fur with chocolate and spice colored patches shot through with tabby swirls. I have the cutest big pink ears and a pastel pink nose to match. I will melt your heart with my big bright golden eyes.

My sister Shirley and I are inseparable. It's very rewarding for you and very beneficial for us as young kittens to be adopted together as a pair. Same-species companionship greatly enhances our quality of life. We turn to each other for play, exercise, grooming services, comfort, snuggling, warmth, behavior correction (if she gets too wold with me I'll give her a good swat with my paw... she says she'll do the same to me, imagine that) and comfort when you can't be with us.
