Hello friends! My name is Kat and I am a polydactyl! I'm quiet, loving girl who found myself at a shelter until a kind friend from King Street Cats came, met me and realized what a wonderful family girl I've been and was meant to always be. Now I'm part of the KSC family where I'm meeting new friends every day and coming out of the shy shell I had drawn into when I didn't know my future held at the shelter. My friends here are so proud of the way I'm blossoming into my loving self - and how much I enjoy their affectionate attention once I realize that they can be trusted.

That's really the essence of my purrsonality - I'm a gentle, quiet and loving girl who craves affection and snuggles, and loves to lay on a lap. I love nothing more than the warm and loving security of human friend who wants the best for me and approaches me with a calm and gentle demeanor. 

I'm eight (8) years old, which means I'm into loyal companionship and the appreciation of life's finer pleasures in addition to the excitement of a good game of chase-that-little-thing-on-a-string. You know, pleasures such as sitting quietly with you, snuggling up next to you, following you around as you accomplish your tasks, and greeting you when you return after a brief absence. 

I'm a very lovely lady with a soft, plush tabby coat in warm brown tones. I've got bright eyes that change from green to gold depending on the lighting, and a little salmon-pink nose to nudge you with. 

If you have another mellow, accepting and agreeable kitty at home I would be fine with him or her. I'd also be fine as your one and only best friend where our primary bond is with each other.
