Daisy Daisy who was rescued by KSC from a shelter in MD. She is on her first trip to Wintergreen with mom volunteer Lynne K. and her husband. Sure looks like Daisy is enjoying her winter vacation.
Duchess Duchess is not just settling in...she has settled in. I was planning on months of very cautious and slow-moving progress. After about 2 weeks in the small room, she moved herself into my office. Two weeks later, she began doing laps around the house while my cat and I watched TV at night. Then she found the spare bedroom and moved herself there. At that point she only stayed in her room overnight. That was more for my other cat than her. Right now she is doing her nightly zoomies up and down the stairs. She sleeps with us at night and her favorite napping place in the bay window in my room. My other cat has turned her on to the joys of tissue paper. Dutch is extremely sweet and very playful. She and my other cat are getting along very well together. Our home is a little more exciting with her and I cannot imagine it without her. I have included some pics. Thank you so much for taking good care of her and helping her find her home with us.
Dewey + Francesca from Afghanistan Safe and happy in their forever home are Dewey and Francesca who originally came to us from Kabul Small Animal Rescue in Afghanistan
Dyson Just wanted to drop a note to thank you for taking such great care of Dyson. She is so vibrant and sweet, a true testament to the loving Foster care that she received before she found her Furrever home. We are doing a slow no contact integration to the home. She's been doing very well in the guest room, her very own base camp. And we hope to initiate contact with her big brother Salem in the coming weeks. She is eating really well, enjoys playing with our wand toys, and loves to curl up in my lap for afternoon naps. We could not be happier, she has made our little family of four complete! Sharing just a few pix of her in her new home. Thanks again for all that you do to support King Street Cats! Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
