SHY KITTEN BOY GAINS CONFIDENCE FROM
HIS MANY FELINE FRIENDS AND GETS BRAVER EACH DAY

Hello friends! My name is Esso. I was found as a very young, small kitten all by myself in the scary outdoors at an Esso gas station. I was tiny, hungry and terrified. A kind person rescued me and introduced me to King Street Cats where I've been recovering, growing strong and gaining confidence in the company of so many wonderful feline and human friends.

I'm looking for a forever home – preferably with one of my deserving KSC feline friends who's teaching me how to get big and strong – with a gentle and patient purrson who will love me and encourage me and tell me that I'm wonderful. Is that you?

I'm still a kitten – I was born in December 2016. Being a kitten boy, I love to play! I couldn't be luckier with all these playmates here at KSC. I'd benefit enormously from being adopted either into a home with an accepting and nurturing cat or with one of the feline friends here with whom I've grown comfortable. My volunteer friends can introduce you to many wonderful KSC kitties – you’d be saving twice as many paws and getting twice as many grateful purrs in return.

My feline friends are teaching me to things that I'd learn from my litter mates had I not been separated from them. This is very important to my development because it not only gives me confidence but it also provides me with exercise, play, grooming lessons, behavioral boundaries and entertainment.

With a buddy I'll continue the wonderful progress I've been making in terms of my ever-increasing bravery about exploring the big, wonderful world. Neither of us will have to worry when you can't be with me because I'll have a friend to keep me company.

I am absolutely adorable with soft, warm, silky jet black fur and golden eyes. I think you're going to fall in love with me and I can't wait to fall in love with you too.
