Hello friends! My name is Morris. That's right, Morris the cat. You may remember my namesake from years of cat food commercials. That Morris was finicky and famous for his superior attitude. Not this Morris, nope – not me! I'm a mellow sweetheart with an easy-going, affectionate purrsonality that's winning me friends and admiration here at King Street Cats.

My people were unable to keep me and left with a kind veterinarian who introduced me to King Street Cats. As soon as I got to KSC my wonderful reputation began to spread amongst the volunteers: I excel at being a cherished family boy. I love my humans.

I was born in the summer of 2009 so I've celebrated my eighth (8^th) birthday. You know what that means: you're guaranteed the calm, relaxed disposition and affection for my people that I've perfected over the years. I love to relax with my humans. I'll follow you around - unobtrusively – to see what you're up to and keep you company. When you want to relax, I'm ready to settle in at your side. When you want some loving, I'm here to soak up all the affection you want to give me. I'm a calm boy who enjoys the more Zen things in life – a nice view, a good nap, quiet companionship.

I do have to state the obvious: I'm pretty handsome! I've got soft, plush honey-colored fur with gorgeous tabby markings. I've got lots of snowy white accessories too: stylish bib, fashionable tuxedo… you'll see. I've got soulful green almond-shaped eyes and a perfect pastel pink nose that I'll nudge you with so that you know it's time to give me some more loving!

I'd be very happy as your "one and only" so we can concentrate on building our bond. I'd also be fine with another mellow, accepting feline friend who won't be threatened by my presence. I can't wait to have my own home and devote myself to my new forever family, either way.
