SISTER/BROTHER BONDED PAIR OFFER ENDLESS ENTERTAINMENT AND COMPANIONSHIP

Hello friends! My name is Annie, and I am here with my baby brother kitten Andy. We are a bonded sibling pair from the "Parks & Recreation" litter. We've been living and thriving in a wonderful King Street Cats foster home with our mom Leslie and our sister April. We are now ready find out own forever home as a team of little love bugs.

We were born in May 2016 so we are still babies. We're very closely bonded to each other and want to be adopted together as a pair. We wrestle, play and cuddle up for naps together. If you see one of us, you can be assured that the other is not very far away.

There are many benefits for both humans and felines when adopting two compatible cats together. This is especially true when adopting young kittens. Same-species companionship greatly enhances our quality of life. We provide each other with stimulating play. We moderate each other's behavior.

We burn off our energy together - this is very important for indoor housecats. We provide each other with grooming services free of charge. We sleep, cuddle and snuggle together. We comfort each other and keep each other engaged when you are off doing the things that keep you away from us. In return, you get twice the love, affection and happiness. You have peace of mind knowing that when you have the leave us, we'll be fine together until you return.

My brother Andy is an absolutely adorable boy with medium-length (so handsome!) fur in shade of silver with honey and charcoal colored tabby stripes and swirls. He's got big blue eyes that you'll fall in love with. I am one exquisite little tortoiseshell princess with medium-length fur (gorgeous!) and bright green eyes. You'll fall in love with our looks but we offer MUCH more...

Andy is a very neat kitten and a supervisor-in-training. He loves collecting toys and strings - he stores them under the bed or in the kitty tunnel. It cuts down on clutter, and he always knows where our toys are! He also likes supervising my humans to make sure everything is done correctly. He'll often sits on our foster mom's shoulder when she cleans the litter box - after all, this is a very important task and someone needs to make sure she's doing everything according to our standards!

Andy may be a little cautious with new people in the beginning, but he warms up quickly. He's also a very creative kitten. He loves making his own hiding spots out of blankets and doormats. He'll will patiently hold down his forts, even if we girl kittens walk all over him. My foster mom says that Andy is a very smart kitten and a fast learner.

He also loves to be petted! He'll will roll over and stretch out to show you exactly where he would like some loving. He loves to be picked up to snuggle against you. We both get along wonderfully with other cats, but have never met a dog. We do wonderfully with children. In addition to playing with me and supervising our humans, Andy loves string toys, red laser dots, hiding in and running through our kitty tunnel and anything small that he can carry around the house like a trophy - a mouse, a sponge ball, those sorts of things.

My foster mom says that I myself have a wonderful balance of independence, affection, and "tortitude" - that special quality that makes us torties stand apart. I am very brave, always the first one to try new places and meet new humans.  I am a very confident kitten, I'm the main hunter in the group.

I spend most of my time with Andy, and we complement each other perfectly. I love being petted once I'm done playing. If you will let me settle down in the cat condo or in my bed, I'll take all the attention you have to give. I don't like to be picked up, but maybe as I watch how much Andy enjoys it I'll decide to try it someday.

With Andy and me exploring, chasing the red dot and building our own little enclosures you are guaranteed hours of entertainment and smiles.

Please come to meet us! It's easy to get started: send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for us, Andy and Annie from the Parks & Recreation litter. We can't wait to have our own forever family.

Happily yours,
Annie (with my bonded brother and best friend Andy)
